NXR · DIAGNOSTIC

A short session to understand — not to sell.

30 to 60 minutes on video, secure screen sharing. NEXURA looks with you at what's stuck on your machine, then sends a written report within 24h with priority fixes. No follow-on engagement — you take what helps.

Useful when
  • A tool has been refusing to work for a few days and no one knows why.
  • A transfer between two apps breaks, but no error message is clear.
  • A colleague says "it used to work" and the rest of the team wastes time working around it.
Not for
  • A full operations audit — for that, see the operational assessment.
  • Training on a piece of software — that's a different mandate format.
  • Hardware or network troubleshooting — NEXURA works on software and flows, not printers or routers.

Three short steps, no jargon.

ÉTAPE I · I / III

You describe what's stuck

A few sentences about the tool, the system, when it started, what's already been tried. Three minutes max, by email or form.

ÉTAPE II · II / III

We meet 30 to 60 minutes on video

You share your screen. If mouse or keyboard control becomes necessary, you authorize it explicitly — and you can revoke it with the Esc key at any moment.

ÉTAPE III · III / III

Written report within 24 hours

What was observed, the root cause identified (or not), what was fixed live, and a list of actions classed by horizon. You then decide whether to apply yourself or have us take it forward.

NXR · CONFIDENTIALITY

Law 25: everything framed before we start.

Written consent

Session conditions are received and signed at the time of booking. No session starts without explicit, verbal and written confirmation.

Limited access

Screen sharing is limited to the problem at hand. You retain control at all times and can revoke mouse access immediately.

No data retained

NEXURA retains nothing from your machine beyond the content of the report you receive. The report explicitly mentions anything seen incidentally on screen.

NXR · CONTACT

No obligation to use the form. An email to Olivier with one sentence about what's stuck is enough — he proposes two slots within the business day.
